The crowd whoops and hollers as Jenna sensuously wiggles her way into the ring. Clearly, she'd been chosen as much for what she can do for Howard and his ratings as for any ability to referee a wrestling match. Still, Jenna HAS wrestled, so at least she has some familiarity with the sport.

Cat Bell was introduced next and she came out with her mother Mina who looked quite uncomfortable because Cat was wearing a leopard print bikini that barely covered whatever needed covering. Everyone in the arena knew by now that Stern had chosen the costumes and he'd outdone himself with Cat's which being a leopard print, was in keeping with her 'untamed cat' ring personna.

Charlize and Gerda came out next and Charlize brought the fans to their feet when they got a look at her sheer red bikini bra and panties. While perhaps not exactly a "bikini" Charlize apparently didn't care or didn't have the courage that Cat Bell showed in resisting Stern (we're told Cat put Stern through hell about her costumes). When Charlize and Gerda reached the ring, Charlize climbed through the ropes and slowly walked to the middle to meet Cat and Jenna to go over the rules. Since there were few rules it didn't take long! They were back at their corners in less than thirty seconds and the bell rang to get the match underway!

Announcer: Let's go down to ringside for a preview of this wrestling match from the legendary blonde bombshell herself, Sable! She'll be doing our ringside commentary for our PPV audience. What'd ya think of the action in that first fight Sable, pretty good for a couple of actresses, huh?

Sable: "I'll say! Of course, they've both been doing a bit of boxing on the celebrity circuit, so I'm not surprised. I think the athletic quality will drop off significantly in the wrestling part of the show. I wish they'd just done catfighting and forgotten about trying to wrestle. I've checked them out on tape and I'm afraid my blonde sister Charlize is in for a long night. Bell's big, nearly six feet tall, she's built solid and knows a little about wrestling. I've seen her use kick-boxing and martial arts moves in her fights and she delivers all her moves with strength and enthusiasm, although she's a bit crude at times.

Theron on the other hand, well she's just never been comfortable in a wrestling ring. I'm not sure why; she's a dancer, a fair athlete and has real presence in front of an audience, so it's not lack of ability or nerves. I think she just doesn't have much confidence in her wrestling moves. Now, she lands punches with real power in boxing, but that's because of her superior technique rather than brute strength - unlike Bell.. All in all, I'm worried the wrestling match could be two and out for Charli - and I say that with regret, because not only do I like her personally but I always want blondes to beat brunettes!!"

FIRST FALL
The bell rings and as Bell comes out in a crouch with her mother Mina shouting instructions in Farsi. Charlize circles slowly out of her corner, her body more upright than Cat, her arms extended, palms first. As Cat slowly closes the gap between them, Charlize keeps her distance, sometimes turning her hips to run for the open spaces. A few fans start to boo but when Gerda calls something to her daughter in Afrikaans, Charlize smiles, looks over and nods.

But as soon as Charlize glances toward her mother, Cat lowers her head and charges. Her shoulder thuds into the tall blondes flat stomach and the collision bends Charlize over Cat's shoulder. Cat drives her back into the corner where Charlize long, lean body is crushed between the turnbuckle and Cat's heavy body. The impact is so great the whole arena hears Charlize grunt as the air is knocked out of her. Cat hooks Charlize under the arm and hip tosses her to the mat in the middle of the ring. Charlize lands on her back and just lays there, her mouth open as she struggles to get her breath. Cat springs off the ropes, leaps and, getting her full weight behind her elbow, drives it down onto Charlize' left breast. Despite her lack of air, Charlize screams in pain and her feet jerk spastically up from the impact.

Cat reaches down almost casually and brings the gasping blonde to her feet by the hair, then puts her hands on Charlize' shoulders and walks her back to ropes. They rebound off and Cat monkey flips Charlize who again lands hard on her back. Once more, Cat uses the ropes to launch herself in the air, this time the elbow smash flattens Charlize' right breast. THERON ALMOST GOT CAT WITH THAT SUNSET FLIP BUT CAT'S LEARNED A LOT OF VETERAN TRICKS FROM HER MOM WHO WE'RE TOLD, WRESTLED IN IRAN UNDER THE SHAH. THAT WAS A GOOD ESCAPE MOVE THERE.

Grinning confidently, Cat steps up to Charlize and raises her hands for a test of strength. Charlize looks unsure whether to accept and Gerda yells advice from her corner, shaking her head 'no.' But Charlize' pride can't let her refuse the challenge by Cat so she raises her hands, edging forward slowly until their fingers meet. As soon as Cat feels Charlize' fingers, she grabs her hands, interlaces fingers and snaps her arms downward, rotating them out in a circle then bringing them back up between their bodies, turning Charlize' hands upside down. Charlize is forced up on her toes as she yelps in pain, then starts tip-toeing backward as Cat forces her into the corner with her wrists bent and her elbows turned in against her belly which is rapidly moving in and out with her excited breathing.

BIG MISTAKE BY THERON, SHE DOESN'T HAVE THE UPPER BODY TO GO AT CAT LIKE THAT. SHE'S GOTTA USE HER QUICKNESS AND ATHLETICISM IF SHE WANTS TO BEAT HER.

Cat pulls Charlize' hands straight out to the sides, raises her knee and drives it in the pit of the young blondes stomach. Charlize upper body lurches forward but is quickly jerked back upright as Cat gives her still-trapped hands another twist, raising her back on her tip-toes and leaning her head back on the turnbuckle. Charlize suddenly throws her foot up, landing with her shin between Cat's legs hitting her in the crotch. The brunette makes a little gurgling noise as she staggers back holding herself.

LOW BLOW! LOW BLOW BY THERON! NOW, THAT WAS USING ATHLETICISM.

With another grinding wrench of the headlock, Charlize drags Cat forward, preparing for a bulldog. Cat's feet are between steps when Charlize' attacks so she's off balance when the blonde slams into her. Charlize bowls Cat over and as they crash to the mat, Charlize is the one on top! Cat's mother Mina walks beside her, a hand on her shoulder whispering instructions as Cat turns the corner of the ring and walks to the steps where she starts to climb back into the ring. Jenna Jameson finally restores order, threatening the women with disqualification if they don't break it up and take the fight back to the ring. The two combatants accompanied by their mothers walk in opposite directions to the corner stairs and are told to wait in their corners until both are ready to resume within the rules.

WELL, THAT WAS A NICE CHANGE OF PACE. WHILE THEY WERE DANCING, A FIGHT BROKE OUT!

When Jenna gives the signal, Cat charges reckless across the ring looking to get payback on Charlize. But just as they're about to collide, the blonde drops to the mat and sticks out her legs. She trips Cat with a single leg takedown, then rolls up and over Cat's leg, twisting it into a step-over toe hold as Cat slaps her hands on the mat in pain, anger and frustration.

Charlize wrenches Cat's leg left, right and then left again, each bringing a yelp, moan or a physical reaction such as Cat's head and shoulders jerking up with each twist. Cat squirms across the mat on her back, pushing herself with her free leg until she can just grab the bottom rope. When Jenna tells Charlize to release Cat, Charlize stomps on the back of Cat's leg twice before she lets go.

Charlize stalks around the ring muttering while Cat drags herself up the ropes to her feet. Cat limps along the ropes, keeping one hand on them as she tries to loosen up her leg. Charlize rushes in to attack but is met with a kick foot to the chest that drops her straight to the mat on her tight butt. She bounces once and comes to rest on her back as Cat looks at her with that smirky little smile. Charlize pops right back to her feet and moves in, more cautiously this time, closing the distance until she can jump into Cat. They tie up with their hands on each others shoulders and circle around the corner of the ring, each trying to unbalance the other, using their feet to try to trip their opponent.

THEY'RE BOTH LOOKING A LITTLE TIRED FROM THE FAST PACE. CELEBRITIES AREN'T USED TO THIS KIND OF FIGHT. THEY STILL HAVE ANOTHER FALL OR TWO IN THIS MATCH, PLUS A COUPLE MORE FIGHTS AFTER THIS. IT'S GONNA BE A LONG NIGHT FOR WHOEVER ENDS UP LOSING AFTER ALL THAT WORK.

Charlize' dance training comes in handy when Cat kicks her leg out from under her. Charlize balances on one foot briefly, then she resets herself. Ultimately, it's Charlize who's successful, tripping Cat and shoving her over on her back. This time as they're falling, both women get their knees up between them. Cat's knee buries itself in the pit of Charlize' belly, knocking the air out of her. But Charlize' knee smacks into Cat's groin and she cries out in pain. Charlize rolls off of Cat to the side and lays on her back holding her stomach and gasping for air. Cat draws her knees up and rocks slowly back and forth with her hands between her thighs holding her bruised pussy. Jenna taps Charlize on the shoulder, but she keeps rocking back and forth, putting more pressure on Cat's leg until Jenna finally is forced to pull her off of the agonized brunette.

WELL, IT MAY NOT BE SKILLED OR PROFESSIONAL, BUT THERE'S NO DENYING THESE TWO WOMEN JUST PLAIN DON'T LIKE EACH OTHER. THERON LOOKED LIKE SHE WANTED TO RIP CAT'S LEG OFF AFTER THE BOOB BATTERING CAT GAVE HER IN BOXING.

Charlize gets up, kicks Cat in the ass, then struts to her corner with her hands raised shoulder high. Cat struggles to get up and finally has to take a helping hand from Jenna and Momma Mina who arrives to help her daughter up. Cat limping noticeably as she returns to her corner with a dark scowl on her round face.

SECOND FALL
As soon as the bell sounds, Charlize sprints out of her corner to take advantage of Cat's leg. Cat, still with a slight limp, walks right at Charlize and they lock up close to Cat's corner where Mina is barking instructions to her daughter in Farsi. Cat and Charlize, hands on each others shoulders, lower their heads as they try to push the other backward in a blatant attempt at intimidation by brute force. For several seconds it's a standoff, then Charlize moves her left foot back a little and lowers her upper body. Grunting, Charlize forces Cat to take a step back, then another. A smile flickers on Charlize' lips when Cat takes a third step back.

The blonde shoves Cat against the padded turnbuckle, straightens up and slams her forearm down on Cat's cantilevered bosom. Cat grunts and Charlize likes it so much she slams her again. Charlize quickness pays dividends as she's able to dart in, grab Cat's wrist when she reaches for her and slip underneath to turn it into a hammerlock. With Charlize bellied up against her butt and back, Cat shoves back and drapes Charlize back on the ropes forcing Jenna to call for a break. Charlize ratchets the hammerlock up a little higher before she lets go but Cat responds with an elbow to the belly, then struts away with that smug little grin on her lips.

Cat kicks Charlize with both feet, sending her skidding out of the ring under the bottom rope where she lands at Mina's feet.

Charlize leg falls limp to the mat and she rolls over, covers her red face for a moment, then starts to struggle toward her corner on her hands and knees while the crowd stands and screams in appreciation for what has been, so far, a great match.

WELL, THAT WAS SURE A DEMONSTRATION OF DOMINATION IF I'VE EVER SEEN ONE. WHILE THERON TRIES TO FIND THE ANTIDOTE TO CAT'S CLAWS WE'LL TAKE A SHORT BREAK AND THEN BE BACK WITH THE THIRD, AND DECIDING, FALL OF THIS MATCH.

THIRD FALL
When the women come out for the final fall, it's Cat whose legs look fresher, a big advantage over Charlize who is now limping badly after Cat worked her leg over to end the previous fall. As they circle, Charlize isn't bouncing any more, almost dragging her left foot as she shuffles around trying unsuccessfully to stay away from Cat who's moving much better than at the start of the second fall.

CAT'S GOT ALL THE ADVANTAGES NOW, SHE'S STRONGER AND SHE'S MOVING BETTER. IT DOESN'T LOOK PROMISING FOR THERON.

Cat surges forward and as Charlize stumbles back trying to retreat but Cat catches her and wraps her arms around the blondes torso. Charlize hands are trapped inside Cat's arms as the big brunette locks her hands at the small of Charlize' back in a bearhug. Charlize moans as Cat's big breasts overwhelm hers, flattening them against her chest and renewing the pain she's been feeling since early in the evening. Cat grinds the hold, bouncing Charlize in her arms as she squeezes the air from her slender body.

THERON'S GOT TO GET HER HANDS FREE, THIS IS A REAL BAD POSITION FOR THE BLONDE.

With her arms trapped, Charlize can only paw at Cat's hips and flail her legs as the busty brunette shakes her body in the air and holds her feet inches off the mat. Charlize head lolls back as she struggles to breathe. Cat hefts her, setting her knuckles against the base of the blondes spine, grinding into the backbone as she searches for the point where the right pressure will short-circuit the nerve impulses to Charlize' legs and leave her helpless.

Charlize snaps her head forward the way she's seen done in movie fights. Her forehead hits the top of Cat's head and she almost breaks her own nose when it strikes Cat's forehead. She realizes why Cat has lifted her in the air, that tactic is useless in that position! Cat found the spot on Charlize' back she was looking for and she rotated her wrists, grinding the knuckle of her right thumb into a joint low on Charlize' back. Charlize feels her left leg going numb and begins to scream for Cat to put her down.

Cat obliges! She lifts Charlize a little higher, than drives her straight down - onto her extended knee!

OOOOHHH! THAT'S A CASPIAN CUNT CRUSHER, CAT'S MOTHER'S OWN VERSION OF THE ATOMIC DROP!

The move devastates the slim blonde, sending an electric shock up her spine and shorting out her brain momentarily. As Charlize' body slides off Cat's knee, her left leg buckles and she goes sprawling on her side holding her groin and weeping.

I SEE A THERON SUBMISSION COMING BUT SHE ACTUALLY FOUGHT BETTER THAN I EXPECTED - FOR AN ACTRESS.

Cat struts around the body of her fallen foe, stops in front of Jenna and tells her, "Ask if she's had enough now."

Jenna kneels by Charlize but before she even asked the question, Charlize snaps, "Go 'way!"

Charlize valiantly struggles to get to her feet, putting most of her weight on her right leg as she flexes her left trying to regain feeling and stop the numbness. As soon as Charlize is upright, Cat grabs her left wrist and twists, flipping her right back down to the mat again where Charlize lands on her back with a grunt. Cat keeps her hold on the wrist and twists it again pulling the arm straight back as she plants her knee in the middle of Charlize' back.

Cat pulls Charlize arm back and tucks it under her left arm, then wraps her arm over and reaches under Charlize' arm to grab her bra under her armpit, trapping her left arm under Cat's. Using her right hand, Cat reaches over Charlize' right shoulder and grabs her left breast - using her elbow to shield her breast claw from Charlize' right hand which is frantically trying to reach Cat's wrist to get it away from her breast.

THE TEHRAN TIT TWISTER! IT'S CAT'S TEHRAN TIT TWISTER, A SUBMISSION HOLD...THERE'S NO ESCAPE FROM THIS PAINFUL HOLD AND CAT'S GOT IT LOCKED IN JUST LIKE MINA USED TO DO IT IN THE OLD DAYS.

Cat digs her strong fingers into Charlize tender breast, already deeply bruised from the battering it's received almost constantly since the first round of the boxing match. Charlize screams and kicks her feet but with one arm trapped and the other blocked, there's nothing she can do to stop the excruciating pain in her breast.

Tears roll down Charlize' flushed cheeks as she struggles against the waves of pain sweeping through her. Jenna asks if she wants to quit and Charlize can barely muster the will to shake her head, but refuse she does. At least the first time. Cat raises up on both knees to press with even greater force on Charlize' breast, pushing her flat on her back and leaning on her. Charlize raises her right leg in the air, kicks it weakly twice and then lets it drop.

"Please," Charlize whimpers, waving her right hand at Jenna. "Make her stop. I give."

Then she breaks down sobbing. Cat lets the blonde drop then poses over her as flashbulbs go off and waves of noise washes down over the ring from the screaming spectators as they chant her name.

(SIGH) I REALLY WAS HOPING THERON WOULD PULL A RABBIT OUT OF THE HAT AND WIN THIS, BUT AS THE MATCH WENT ON CAT BELL JUST WORE HER DOWN WITH HER WEIGHT AND STRENGTH. I'M NOT OPTIMISTIC ABOUT THERON'S CHANCES OF WINNING NOW. WELL, ANYWAY, AFTER A COMMERCIAL BREAK THE SHOW WILL BE BACK WITH THE NEXT EVENT. AND HERE'S HOWARD NOW TO TELL YOU WHAT THAT EVENT WILL BE. HOWARD?

Cat and Charlize have already left the ring for their dressing rooms so Stern calls Mina and Gerda to the middle of the ring to draw the envelope for the third event. It's Gerda's turn and she fishes around in the bowl several seconds before she finally settles on an envelope. She hands it to Stern, then crosses her fingers while he opens it.

"Lingerie strip catfight," he reads with a big smile, pumping his fist to show his excitement. "To win, the victor not only has to strip the loser, but force her to say, 'I submit' three separate times."

Gerda's face falls, clearly stunned by the type of event she'd drawn. Cat's mother Mina looks only slightly less unhappy judging from her expression. Clearly, this was one of Stern's cards because it looks like neither mother wants to think about having to watch her little girl being stripped for a dumb television show.

The two mothers elbow and jostle one another for position as each tries to be the first one down the steps from the ring to tell her daughter what's in store. While watching the mature women bend over to get through the ropes, Stern smoothly begins to announce the next 'between fight' entertainment, Jennifer Lopez! As always, J-Lo puts on a great show, wearing a costume that any dyed-in-the-wool Stern fanatic would love. After a high-energy song and dance routine, J-Lo gets her usual standing ovation as Stern returns and prepares to introduce the referee for the third event.
