Round 1: Ashley out quick, piling into the Theron midsection, ever mindful of wearing down the blonde's legs early. Charlize opening up the canvas by the midway mark, dancing backwards, circling clockwise and dropping a screened right hand over Judd's low left that has the brunette stepping in fence post holes! Theron smiling, greasing up her girl with batting, rising lefts and downward slicing rights, beats Judd to the ropes and finishes with a flashy flurry at the bell. "Oh no, Ashley," taunts Charlize, "is it going to be like that all night?"

Round 2: Charlize on her toes, dancing left, flinching and feinting with her right shoulder, effectively keeping Ashley's left in it's holster. Theron playful with the low slung jab, lifting it up against Judd's jugs, or cuffing, swatting it in a semi hook. Ashley cuts off the ring in the final minute and does some bludgeoning work to the waist - Theron twisting with the punches, taking spanking leather off her taut body without visible effect. Theron with the early lead.

Round 3: Charlize keeps gobbling up the minutes with her legs, rangy lefts, slicing rights as Judd keeps her mitts high, moves her upper body, stubbornly works at cutting down the ring. All Theron until the final minute - Judd spitting out jabs between the breasts, steps her girl back to the ropes and leans into a thumping right to the heart, drawing a gasp from a suddenly wounded Theron. Charlize slumps forward, draping her arm around Judd's shoulders - brunette staying compact, hacks away at the exposed left side with cranking rights, getting her shoulder behind the blows as Theron looks weepy at the bell. Judd steals it late, sends Charlize back to her corner all achy-pouty.

Round 4: Judd starting to execute; getting on top early with that thudding stick to the breasts, cutting off the ring, maneuvering Theron to the ropes. Blonde covering up, trying to lean side to side to blunt the incoming, but Judd roughing her up, propping and pushing, using her head, pulling down the arms, getting at the meat. Gorgeous work from Ashley as she stands Charlize up and mauls her, PANCAKING TITS WITH EITHER FIST, pushing on Theron's biceps to stuff her butt in the ropes, then working her chest and chin with frightful uppercuts. Beating just goes on and on - Theron draping either arm around Ashley's shoulders, but not clinching up - JUDD WORKING THERON’S BRA WITHOUT RESTRAINT. Down the stretch, Charlize hands drift low and Judd turns over a vicious hook to the teeth that puts a blank look of shock on Theron's face. JUDD GOES TO TOWN! Charlize reeling, out on her feet, taking blockbuster rights and lefts to her face, lolling sideways into the ropes just staring as the punches rain home - bell sounds to save the blonde as the ref bodies a snarling Ashley Judd off her prey!

Round 5: Judd stepping in behind a quick stick, pounds that right hand into Charlize’ left breast - the blonde groaning, falling in to clinch, bog her foe down in the first minute. Second minute, Theron gets her wind back, getting leggy, steering Judd with the jab. Final minute, Charlize is dialing in, striping Ashley with searing right hands across the cheek, turning the brunette's head savagely as Judd wades in to work. JUDD GOES WOBBLY BUTT! Suddenly Ashley's staggering back - Charlize hopping forward, curling the left hand up from the thigh, catching Judd in the lips, swatting the right hand across the cheek until Ashley hits the ropes in disarray. Payback from a vengeful blonde - Charlize just tearing away at a helpless brunette with slinging mittfuls of justice. Judd swaying defenceless at the bell - Charlize bodied back by the ref as the crowd roars in delight at the vicious back and forth.

Round 6: Both girls busting up badly, suffering cruel strokes in the first half, but it's Charlize who finds the range to open the sixth. Theron outside, brushing Judd's parted lips with a sweeping left and PLOWING home the straight right hand between the eyes - Ashley doing a hurting little box-step as she struggles to stand upright. Theron stepping right as she backhands the jab, screening her slicing right hands that are welting up the left side of Judd's pretty face. Down the stretch, somehow Judd finds the will to get her way - again pushing that stiff jab into Charlize’ chest, then bending over the top to land the right, nailing Charlize as she drifts backward, hands down. Tired work against the ropes at the bell, Charlize mouth open, hands on Judd's shoulders - Ashley, with her forehead on Theron's collarbone, HANDS PUMPING TO BOTH BREASTS and that flat, protesting belly.

Round 7: Charlize rambling left, hands low, mouth open - starting to feel that body work as Judd walks her down. Fight becomes Theron taking a few bouncing steps, getting cut off and forced to trade as Judd's insistent jab is an increasing factor. Theron holding her own however - Ashley paying the price when she comes in. Charlize standing firm, licking her punches up from her thighs in curling arcs, then bending over to the right to pull in that whippy hook on the cheek. JUDD GETTING IT DONE WITH STRAIGHT RIGHT HANDS TO THE HEART - heartless hooks across the waist and mouth - in the final minute, Judd’s stacking an exhausted Charlize in the ropes and working her over! Theron missing a tired right hand over the top as Judd slips left, then twists into that cranking counter hook on the chin! Charlize mouthpiece sent flying off her teeth - she's staring, dazed once again as Judd pounds the right in, pounds the left - punches just crashing back and forth across Theron's face as the blonde is pushing lightly against straining brunette chest. Once again Judd is bodied off her stiffened prey at the bell - Theron windblown, face a swollen ruin - she's staggering, forlorn after seven.

Round 8: Another good first minute of pressure - Ashley gets to Charlize’ body with a straight right hand, coming up low and working over Theron’s chest as the blonde tries to tie her up on the inside. Middle minute however, Charlize standing her ground, showing that welterweight strength as she palms Judd's shoulders, pushing for punching room and lighting the shorter woman up with licking uppercuts from either hand. Theron nice and loose, dropping her left to her thigh, letting Ashley lean in and picking the brunette up with repeated tight right uppercuts that put wobble in red trunks. By the final minute, Charlize has the knack - propping Ashley up with the left shoulder, then falling off to the right, picking Judd up with the right uppercut as the brunette stumbles forward. Judd's mouthpiece gets smacked free - she's all shaken up, reaching for Charlize in desperation as the blonde keeps turning right, lashing her punches in on groggy brunette face.

Round 9: Shutout Charlize! Theron finally imposing her will, breaking Judd down with the whippy stick off the thigh, forcing her back with straight right hands between the eyes, and slashing away with long armed combinations up against the ropes as the brunette resorts to clinching to stop the punishment. Ref issuing breaks, pushing the sweat-soaking blonde back - Charlize taking a deep breath, then wading back in to mop up with rising hooks, chopping rights to the face. Judd all busted up and swooning at the bell - Theron boozy, slow to get her shoulder off Judd's chest as the two girls take a moment to sway together.

Round 10: Theron cruising with a slender lead - on her toes, hands low, feeding Judd tired jabs, just legging out the round. Ashley with arms crossed at her body, bobbing forward, slipping the stick, finally gets the right hand she's been looking for. Charlize twisting into the cross, missing over the right hand and getting NAILED the counter left hook as Judd explodes out of her crouch. Theron pulling back too late, her own momentum sends her crashing backward to the canvas - Judd's forward motion giving her an excuse to trample the fallen blonde. Theron flopping, disastrously hurt, gets off her back just in time but she is RUINED at the ropes. ON COMES ASHLEY! Judd exhausted, but summoning the will, pushing aside Charlize' protecting arm and thumping away - PANCAKING JUGS with heart-stopping force; twisting into short lefts and rights that land with plenty of forearm. THERON'S MOUTHPIECE DRIBBLES DOWN HER CHEST. CHARLIZE SOBBING, LIMP AGAINST THE ROPES as Judd stacks her up and beats relentlessly. THE REF STEPS IN! Ashley Judd bursting into tears as she airplanes around the ring - Theron ashen faced, trembling in defeat as the ref holds her up. TKO10 Ashley Judd!

Judd hauling a badly battered Theron off her stool with a handful of wet hair, steers the blonde around the ring with her right hand around her waist, firmly holding the blonde's left wrist and twisting her arm out away from her body to give everyone a good view of her bruised boobs. Theron blubbering, trying in vain to shield her battered boobies with her trembling right hand. Both women left unrecognizable after a fight of the year candidate.
Judd glorying in post fight, "I've been saying it all along - we've toughened up at sub 130! Now, we'll be passing Charlize around for one brunette beating after another. Now that I've initiated her, it's only going to get worse - there are chunks of Theron still left in this ring that she won't have for the next brunette. Mark my words: there will NEVER be another blonde champion at lightweight. They're gonna be reduced to fighting each other for our table scraps!"

Theron continuing her methodical domination of her turf, focused on Judd with payback in mind. Ashley looking to shake up the country club a bit: "If I win the lightweight championship, I want to take it from Charlize," says Judd. "That's the most legitimate way to announce yourself as a titlist. This is the perfect situation for me."

Round 1: Theron loosening up, ranging around the ring, lifting a flicking stick off her hip as she wheels. Judd more purposeful, hands up, jabbing with Charlize, shooting right hands to the chest - by the midway point Ashley's able to get position inside. Judd with her head under Theron's chin, hands on blonde hips - Ashley just stabilizing her girl, then thumping tight right hands off flat tummy. Theron standing up tall, hands up around Ashley's ears, taking blows as she is walked to the ropes and worked over. Charlize apparently unhurt - hears it from Jones in the corner - Janet slapping Theron's thighs and reminding her to move.

Round 2: Theron with a much firmer jab, really snapping it out - Judd covering up rather than answering. Midway through, Charlize with a nice little in-out footwork, has Judd leaning forward and clips her a walk away hook on the face that has Ashley wobbly butt. Charlize angling in off the left shoulder, feathering the jab, slicing in the right hand over Judd's left shoulder - Ashley shipping heavy leather as she crosses her arms and tries to roll the incoming. Theron cautious down the stretch, batting away with wide hooks as she roams left, but not standing right in front of her girl.

Round 3: Judd weaving Theron's jab, slips a Charlize right, comes out of the crouch with that compact hook on the teeth and has blonde stamping back on her heels early. Charlize on the ropes - not where she wants to be - she palms up on Judd's shoulders, trying to control the busy brunette. Ashley pressing in - unable to find the chin over Charlize' long arms, but doing harm to the ribcage with both mitts. Theron standing and taking, occasionally pulling Ashley's head down into a scraping right uppercut, but it's all Judd from this posture. Ashley nodding at the bell, forcing eye contact - she's getting bold in there.

Round 4: Theron out leggy - it's a whole different fight when Charlize keeps it in the middle of the ring. Loose, bouncy rhythm to her left, stinging jabs flicked out from the hip, sudden slinging right hands with good torso rotation - Theron just piling up points. Judd coming forward like a trooper, can't land the counter hook against Charlize' movement, can't get the range on her jab - she's reduced to reaching straight right hands to Theron's tantalizing tummy.

Round 5: More boxing from Charlize - Jones wants 'control of the cards before we open up on her'. Theron delivering, easily dominating if not punishing from outside. Judd bobbing, weaving, right hand up around her left temple, left across her body, she's not taking a lot of damage, but she's unable to close and work. Round to Theron.

Round 6: Judd with some firm straight right/lefts into Charlize torso - Theron legging away, circling, re-establishing the jab to regain initiative. Judd bobbing forward with crossed arms - Theron lathers away with a wide batting hook as she calmly slidesteps back, walking Judd into punches. Judd goes to earmuff guard to defense the hook - Charlize lights her up a gorgeous right uppercut on the teeth, standing up pretty into the punch, posing as Ashley goes wobbly butt for a moment. Theron safety first with a dazzled Judd after that - just working her eyes with spiteful jabs, feinting, then bolo-ing that right hand saucy to paunch for insult's sake.

Round 7: Theron owns the first minute with her legs and stick - Judd has some moments when straight, chopping combinations back Charlize to the ropes - blonde clinching and spinning off before taking too much. Down the stretch - Charlize judging distance exquisitely, punching multiple straight right hands off her front foot, she leans back smooth, lets Ashley fall into a crunching left uppercut off the back foot - Judd toppling forward in a fog as Charlize pivots right with a big smile. Charlize marauding the rest of the way, picking Judd up with looping rights and lefts up underneath, arms loose, hands low as she swivels around her foe and lashes her senseless at the bell.

Round 8: Theron grinning, flat footed - just reaching the left to touch Judd as Ashley tries to bull her way in the front door. Picture perfect right uppercut - Charlize guiding Ashley into it with the left on the shoulder - Judd ruined moments into the round and glassy eyed on contact. Charlize happy in her work - dropping her hands, swaying her torso to taunt, then hoisting up either mitt to paunch, falling off to the side as Judd crumbles forward hurt. Charlize keeping up the loose-limbed lather - swatting away across Judd's exposed lower back and hips, picking her up underneath with bolo punches, walking the brunette into sudden hooks or slashing right hands on the face. Judd still trudging forward at the bell, still jamming out straight punches to the chest and ribcage of her foe - Theron legging away rather than take any chances at the bell.

Round 9: Judd's still got pop - she gouges some firm hooks to Theron's breadbasket and right ribs, but she can't get the sustained work she needs to break Charlize down. Theron economical with her movement now, keeping her left palm on Judd, even palming her face or neck, then chopping in the sneaky right hand, lumping up the brunette's features methodically through 9. Theron's got her distance - Judd just can't execute her gameplan and she's busting up trying.

Round 10: Judd with some thumping good body shots early - once again Charlize able to roam away, regroup, get the jab back on and restore order. By the midway point, Charlize spearing stick, Judd woozy, right hand at her right cheek, left at her belly as she leans back tired, trying to escape the touches. Charlize feathering the jab, measuring and DROPPING a booming right on the left side of Judd's face - Ashley tilting like she might drop, recovering boozily then ANOTHER haymaker crashes home. Judd in stupor, strong legs holding her up, but she's drooping forward, eyes vacant! Theron just laying in right hands over Judd's left shoulder and ASHLEY GOES DOWN! It's OVER - stunning KO10 Charlize Theron!

After: Theron giddy in triumph, climbing the ring ropes - stoppage just the icing on the cake after a methodical beat down. KO built upon jarring blows landed in the middle rounds - Judd soaking up a terrific shot in this fight, but too available for blonde power punches and it all caught up with her. Judd weepy on her stool - Theron strutting over, pulling the girl to her feet by her halter straps, looking her over, shaking her head and pushing her back down to her stool - not worth a walk - ouch.

"That was everything I hoped it would be and more," gushes Theron in post fight, "we knew we could box circles around Ashley, but to stop her, lay her out like that - it's so perfect. I was catching her with hard right hands, especially the uppercut and I knew she was breaking down, but I wasn't even thinking about closing her out. I just wanted to keep the pressure on, keep her hurting and if the knockout came - great."
