After Charlize reached the ring, Cat and Mina were introduced and stepped through the curtains to follow. The crowd when wild when they caught a glimpse of Cat's outfit; painted on black bike shorts and a snug red top that she filled to overflowing. There was no doubt in anyone's mind that Charlize' had her eyes riveted on the same two bouncing Bell assets that everyone in the room was ogling.

Both women took their places in their corners attended by their mothers and two trainers. Howard quickly made perfunctory introductions, then he quickly climbed out of the ring and motioned for the bell. Gena Lee Nolin, the referee for the first fight, gestured to the two fighters and as they stepped forward, the night of exciting fights was officially underway. These two had met many times in the FCBA and each knew well the strengths and weaknesses of the other. Like so many other fights, this would be decided by luck and a large amount of guts on the part of the winner. Both women had shown they have the ability to put the other on her back and each had demonstrated her will to rise and continue after being knocked down.

THE BOXING MATCH (adapted from original work by simguy)

ROUND ONE: Charlize light on her feet out of her corner; her left high, right cocked under her chin. Charlize prefers to box when she can although in the past Cat's had an uncanny ability to draw the lithe blonde into punching matches that invariably favoring the heavier-hitting brunette. Cat marches forward, coming right at Charlize, bodying up and using her weight to shove and bully the blonde back. Charlize stepping left, flicking a stiff jab, thumping Cat between the eyes making her blink. Cat continuing forward gets a whipping left hook under Charlize' right elbow that brings a grunt, putting a smile on Cat's lips.
Charlize snaps off two more jabs as she bounces lightly, dancing left. Cat continues boring in. So quick that many at ringside miss it entirely, Cat flicks a powerful right inside Charlize' left elbow that lands on the point of the blondes chin. Charlize' knees buckle as her butt shoots out and she starts to sit down. Cat still coming forward as Charlize swoons, their feet tangle and Cat tumbles to the mat on top of Charlize, their heads smacking together with a loud sound.
Referee Gena Lee Nolin confused as Cat climbs off Charlize rubbing her forehead. Charlize on her back, mouth open, a trickle of blood from a cut on her left eyebrow. Charlize' mother Gerda up on the ring apron, screaming her girl was butted as Nolin looks to Stern for help.
While the maestro climbs into the ring, Nolin sends Cat to her corner, then goes to check Charlize. Cat's mother Mina, telling Nolin to count Theron out instead of help her up. Nobody knows quite what to do! Nolin and Stern help a dazed Theron to her corner and the doctor looks at the cut.
Stern and Nolin go ringside to check the video tape to see what happened. After a few minutes, they return and announce Charlize went down after being "tripped" while Cat's head butt was "inadvertent." The match resumes with over two minutes left in the first round. The decision is met with derisory jeers from fans and an irate diatribe in Farsi from Mina, beating fists on the top rope and kicking the bottom one. Gerda Theron smiles and nods sagely as if sure all along Stern would do the right thing.
Charlize and Cat meet mid-ring and tap gloves before Gena Lee signals them to fight. Charlize up on her toes, jabbing and moving, giving her head time to clear, using her quick feet and upper body movement to avoid Cat's power most of the time, running when necessary to keep her back off the ropes. Cat keeps trying to force her way inside; when does she lands thudding fists to ribs and firm belly while Charlize drops right hands over the top that turn Cat's head on her shoulders. In the final minute, Cat gets inside and lands a jarring left hook to the ribs under Charlize' elbow that shocks the blonde. Cat rolling her combinations and the highlight is a little scrub-a-dub-dub to Theron's bra that gets the blonde's attention. Bell not neglecting Theron's bare belly either and draws a gasp from the wiry blonde with a sharp hook landing at the bell.

ROUND TWO: Bell out with her guard high, palms out picking off Theron's jab. Charlize leggy, using the ring, changing directions, steps up her jabbing - first jab to get Bell to commit, second jab's the payoff, spanking hard against brunette's round face. Theron moving well to her left, keeping Bell at the end of her punches. Charlize dropping a short right on Cat's teeth puts a WOBBLE in the brunette's trunks. Bell coming forward, trying to close distance but Charlize answers by taking a half step back, bending and straightening up into vicious fish-hook lefts and rights to Bell's breasts to back the brunette off. Toward the middle of the round, Theron gets Bell backing straight up and, surging forward Charlize pounds Cat's face - pitching lefts and rights that STAGGER the brunette on the ropes. The rest of the round sees Charlize pursuing Bell to the corners, peppering her with thudding jabs to the chest and face or drilling rights between Cat's guard.

ROUND THREE: Theron using her legs to control distance and tempo - tirelessly propelling her around the ring. Charlize countering well to the body with straight right hands, coming up out of her crouch to bounce left hands hard off Cat's jaw, then pivoting away as the taller brunette blinks. The more robotic Cat turning, blocking high, but her attack is dampened by Theron's piercing jab. Theron in full control until something changes in the last minute. Charlize skips in with a whipping hook but eats one back in return, then gets caught with a beautiful right uppercut that puts HER wobbly butt! Charlize is forced to clinch with arms round Cat's neck. With such an inviting target, Cat really puts it to the blondes ribcage and breasts with ferocious two-fisted pumping. Theron shocked, doe-eyed from a good body battering and she heads slowly back to her corner all aquiver.

ROUND FOUR: Forehead to forehead, the lanky beauties trade back and forth across the ring, each laying in with her shoulder, content to take her turn. The round is even until late when a Theron overhand right hand catches Bell's chin and not only stops the brunette from returning fire but puts a jiggle in her thighs. Bell shocked, her legs not right, covers up as a snarling Charlize steps to the plate. Lashing strokes up and down both flanks have Bell hugging herself in pain - limber blonde putting every ounce of juice she can onto licking blows. Charlize supremely confident - steering Cat with her jab, keeping the fight mid-ring, loping to her left whenever she pleases as Bell turns, follows. Cat gets a little something back late as a series of crippling lefts and rights to the blondes chest and midsection again have Theron grimacing and forcing her to clinch at the bell.

ROUND FIVE: Theron back up on her toes early, using her long legs well against the more flat footed brunette, flashing the double jab and rotating left. Midway, Bell counters Charlize' jab with a well timed right that bangs the blonde's head back and brings an "Oooh" from the crowd. Theron momentarily stunned, takes the punch well, gets her legs back and continues to box smartly as Bell, still reaching with her left, uses her right in a series of slinging arcs to Theron's body that hit with heavy, thudding impact as Cat drives Charlize back to the ropes. Cat's not exactly steamrollering Charlize, but she's definitely out-muscling the blonde, beating her body with heavy punches, taking some of the steel out of those legs with thundering rights to her body. Charlize holding on, mouth breathing, looking a little winded as Bell holds her behind her right elbow and plows hard rights into the blondes chest. After the bell tempers flare! Cat lands a late right to Charlize' left breast and Theron shoves Bell to show her disdain - Gena Lee has to jump in to separate them as they start to wrestle on the ropes. Gena Lee has her hands full for a few seconds until order is restored.

ROUND SIX: Bell with a sweet sequence early in the sixth. Fighting in close, Cat taps the jab, bends in with a short right on the chin that finishes with her right shoulder on Charlize' face; then a slinging little left inside that bats Theron's head sideways and has her crow-hopping sideways. Cat using her left elbow to brace Charlize for another thumping right to the blonde's jugs. Cat's punishing, hard, compact work inside has Theron gasping, falling forward into ruinous gut punching, as Bell steps back and hoists a half dozen unanswered blows to Charlize' flat belly and boobs.
Midway, however, Charlize' stubbornness again pays off! In a blistering two-way exchange, first Charlize, then Cat go for the jugs with full bodied hooks - both get their hips and shoulders behind short, hurtful digs to the other's bra in an effort to break her will. Moving forward, Theron mercilessly clubbing Cat's bra with both fists in tight until the brunette is in a stupor on the ropes.
Down the stretch it looks like Theron in charge until Bell again gets to her body! Hammering a left across Charlize' solar plexus, Bell follows with hard left/right, left/rights, scrubbing puppy with side-to-side swishing action forcing Theron to clinch, her face showing the effect of Bell's tough body work. Charlize gloves at her lips, elbows tucked into her chest, eyes tearing as Cat comes on, chugging rising lefts and rights inside, pounding the blondes arms aside to savage sack with hard, heavy-handed blows.
Hard, HARD, body punches crumple Charlize who lolls forward. Cat propping her up, jostling with her erect with a left elbow/shoulder combination, then launches gut-wrenchingly rights to belly and boobs. Cat just swiping both fists back and forth across Charlize' torso then bellies up to force Theron to back up. When she has her girl on the ropes it's all Bell! The big brunette with her head under Theron's chin, reaching up under the blonde's elbows to savage those little-girl tits with a good old fashioned, two-fisted, boob bludgeoning. Charlize can't get out of the corner until the bell when Cat puts her hands on a dazed Theron's hips and smilingly steers the blonde back to her corner on trembling legs.

ROUND SEVEN: Cat closing the distance more easily now, working out of the wrap - her left arm up under Charlize' right to anchor the blonde for crude, jamming right hands to the body, forcing Theron back into the ropes. She'll grab Charlize' right arm in her left, slump her forward and pump away to her chest with jerking right hands. Bell continues to savage the blonde, holding and hitting, pulling her right arm aside to dig at body and jugs with right hands. Theron being bullied and wilting badly as the bigger brunette gets on top of her and uses her weight advantage; leaning on Theron, mauling her in clinches, punching hard with rights to the body while holding trunk or around the waist.
With Bell getting arm weary and Charlize aching - they lay cheek to cheek, swatting intermittently at breadbaskets with little rising shots. Charlize bashing meat enough to get the better of the exchanges, but Bell answers back short and sharp to tits and torso whenever she can get to the blonde's long, lanky body. Bell letting Theron lean on her, keeping her left shoulder in Charlize's face as the blonde stoops forward, then shoots hard rights, flattening Charlize' bra. Late in the round, Charlize pulls out the stops as Bell's punch output wanes. She out-boxes Cat the last minute, but her power has been drained by Bell's heavy body work. In a 180 degree change, Bell finishes bending forward at the waist with her head on Charlize' shoulder as the blonde works HER body. Lots of hard body work by both fighters in a close, back-and-forth seventh.

ROUND EIGHT: Bell comes out jabbing, corkscrewing her left into Charlize' chest, measuring her for another clouting right on the mouth. When it lands, the punch seems to daze Theron for a few seconds and again Cat muscles the blonde to the ropes. Cat owns Charlize' torso now, increasingly finding it anytime she wants with a biting left hook. Her body limp, Charlize lets Bell wrestle her around the ring as Cat nudges Charlize' arms out of the way, backs the blonde against the ropes - and CAT POUNDS SACK! Theron stunned as Bell gets after her perky tits again - Bell in a frenzy of piston-punching; left/right, left/right, left/right! Her heavy hands pancake Theron's breasts! Charlize gasps and sobs as the final, brutal minute finds her with her arms draped around Cat's neck; a sick, hurt look on her face as Cat, pulling her forward, pumps short, sharp shots to her breasts! Gena Lee letting it all go as Bell - her face wearing a smug smirk after years of having her own jugs mugged - plunders Theron cleavage. Committed to breaking down Charlize' body, Bell has the supple blonde leaning forward, her hands high and suffering as Cat's rib and breast work starts to wear on her. Theron sobbing, beaten like a rented mule to the bell.

ROUND NINE: Charlize' legs shot, her hands drifting low, but she's still determined. In savage two-way brawling, Cat with a slick, left/right, right shoulder, left hook/left elbow sequence again batters Theron's chest and softens up her abs. Charlize steadily being driven backward across the ring, still plows single right hand uppercuts to Cat's bulging bra or shoe-shines combos across her face before they fall in to clinch on the ropes. Once Cat puts Charlize' back on the ropes she wrestles the blonde around, then batters her back across the ring until her back hits the ropes on the other side.
Down the stretch, a sickening series of left hands to the chest again has Theron lurching forward trying to clinch. It looks like Bell is just mopping up at the end of the round, her fists snapping up to Charlize' perky breasts with a ferocity that leaves both Theron and referee Nolin breathless. Then, suddenly - out of nowhere - a Theron left sets up a booming right uppercut AND BELL GOES SPRAWLING!! Bell takes a seat - eyes wide in shock, legs splayed, leaning back on her hands. Cat gamely scrambles to her feet, but too quickly as she staggers sideways into the ropes. Cat's saved by the bell but Theron lifts her gloves and goads the screaming crowd into a frenzy as she struts back to her corner reinvigorated. One big Theron punch may have saved her the round.

ROUND TEN: With little gas left in either tank, they fall together and take turns clubbing weary 2-3 punch salvos, then cover up to absorb the return. Theron putting together better, crisper, combinations, owns the round until the final minute when Bell lands a thunderous left hook to the body that doubles her over. Pulling Theron's head down with the left hand behind the neck, Bell lifts crushing right uppercuts to Charlize' chest that buckle her knees. Unable to pull away from Bell's grasp, Charlize crotch-shots the brunette who stumbles back, red-faced and furious! Bell screams at Gena Lee about the low blow, but the blonde ref shrugs an, "I didn't see anything" shrug. Bell, enraged, charges Theron and wrestles her to the ropes, palms her head back over the top rope - and hammers two big sledgehammer rights to her left breast while her back is arched! Gena Lee pulls Bell off the gasping blonde and gives her a finger wagging warning, "I DID see THAT!" just as the bell ends the donnybrook with the crowd on their feet roaring hysterically.

THE DECISION: After a long delay to check and recheck their scorecards, the scores are finally tallied. Stern comes into the ring and announces, "Judge Dana Delany, scores it 95-93 for Bell. Judge Cindy Crawford, scores it 94-93 for Theron. And referee Gena Lee Nolin scores it 95-94 for the winner...Charlize Theron!"

The crowd screams, some in righteous indignation in the sure and certain knowledge that their girl Cat Bell was robbed; others in delirious joy at the righteousness of Charlize' hard earned victory. When Gena Lee raises Charlize' arm, the blonde winces and quickly jerks her hand away from Gena Lee. With her arms at her chest, the blonde carefully climbs through the ropes and leans on her mother Gerda as she heads down the aisle to her dressing room. She'll have just thirty minutes to get ready for the next fight.

Cat Bell, out of breath and looking a little shopworn, leans on the ropes in her corner while her mother Mina draws an envelope to decide the next type of fight. Stern opens it and tells the crowd with a leer, "Bikini wrestling, 2 of 3 falls."

Cat smiles and nods as Mina puts her arm around her daughters waist and helps her to their dressing room. Stern introduces the next 'between fights' entertainment, Britney Spears! Britney puts on her usual show, one that's high on energy and short on wardrobe. She has the fans breathless by the time she's finished her set. Afterward, Britney heads backstage to spend some "quality time" with her boyfriend Justin as Stern makes his way to the ring to conduct an interview with one of the many celebrities in the audience, actress Dani Fishel.

Stern: "So Dani, how'd you like the first match between these two women? Are you surprised Cat didn't win?"

Dani: "Honestly, I'm always surprised when Cat doesn't win, but she came in with a plan and executed it nearly perfectly. She fought a much smarter fight than Charlize did, frankly. But maybe Theron's mother had something to do with it. I was sitting over near their corner and it seemed like every round mommy was telling her little girl what to do."

Stern: "What kinda stuff was she telling her girl?"

Dani: "Mostly to keep her jab in Cat's face, try to knock her out, hit her in the breasts. Not that knocking someone out is ever a bad idea, but you don't want to get after Cat's boobs. That brings out her claws. Unfortunately, a lot of what they said was in some foreign language, the same as with Cat and Mina."

Stern: "Huh?"

Dani: "Cat's mother, Mina. They were talking in Farsi or something. Dunno what it was but from the way her mom kept gesturing with her fists, I'm guessing Cat was following instructions. Theron fought a nice fight, don't get me wrong, she did win after all but I think she made a big mistake in fighting the way she did."

Stern: "How so Dani?"

Dani: "Well, Charlize fought this like a regular boxing match but it's not. This was the first of a five fight event. She didn't do anything different than she always does but Cat looked like she had a plan and it seemed she followed it to the letter."

Stern: "You say Charlize did the same as always, except she didn't knock Cat out this time?"

Dani: "OK, very funny. Hey, Theron got lucky a couple of times with Cat. Charlize has a great chin, super tough abs, wonderful long legs and she hits hard, but she ain't wonder woman. Cat beat her before and she'll beat her again. Tonight Cat was fighting a strategic fight. She laid a lot of hurt on Charlize' body and Cat's learned that in spite of all the hard work Theron does on that great body of hers, there's two places she REALLY don't like to get hit."

Stern: "Really? Where?"

Dani: (poking Stern in the chest with a finger) "You should know, you sat there watching. Believe me, Cat knows exactly what she's doing; she laid the groundwork for a big victory in this match. Even though she lost a close decision, it's only one event. Be patient, in time all will be revealed, maybe even literally since I heard you're choosing the costumes as well as the rules and type of fights! I'm sure glad I'M not involved in this."

Stern: "Well, maybe next year we can get you and Lucy Liu, James King or Jaime Pressly to do the show for us."

Dani: "Yeah, right! Like THAT'LL ever happen."

As the interview with Fishel wraps, the crew is packing away the last of the concert equipment. To fill time, more of Bell and Theron's pre-fight interviews are shown on the big screen over the ring and to the folks watching the PPV.

Stern: "Charlize, you've made a pretty big name for yourself in the movies in a very short time. How do you compare your career with Catherine Bell's?"

Charlize: "Howard, she's quite a bit older, of course, so she's had a lot of time to get her career on track. Yet all she's managed to accomplish is a 'supporting' role on a TV show, and not even a top ten show at that. She may be a decent actress, but to be honest I wouldn't know. I don't watch television - except for YOUR show, naturally. (giggle)"

Then during the interview with Bell: Stern: "Catherine, I was just talking to Charlize and she didn't think TV actresses are very good. What do you think, you work with them every day?"

Cat: "Movies are a piece of cake compared to television, Howard, especially a series like JAG. I'm in nearly every scene, I don't get to go off and drink designer water and be waited on hand and foot like some spoiled lap dog. What I do is a helluva lot harder than movies."
