Quick and Simple... (hand technique)
Material(s):
-Twenty-four to twenty inches of binding material (rope or for a
touch of grace and style, ribbon)
-That's it.
-No, really. That's it.
The Actual Process:
1. Tie your cord into a loop. Stretched out, it should be about
twelve to ten inches in diameter.
2. Put one hand into the loop and twist it around itself into a
figure eight. Now your one loop is two.
3. This part's a bit tricky... put your hand into this new loop
and press it against your other wrist. Now you'll have two loops.
One large, one small. Take the large one and twist it around itself.
This creates a third empty loop.
4. Slip it over your hands to create an enclosure around the figure
eight. Depending on how long a cord you started with, this could
be very loose or a bit more restrictive.
Tips and Tricks:
-By twisting your hands around you could make the loops around your
hands tighter. To release, you would have to twist in the opposite
direction.
-Improvise to create hogties and other ties.
-The quick set-up/escape factor allows this to be used any time
you're relatively alone and have the urge for a bit of bondage.
-Use shorter cord will increase the difficulty, but will decrease
the ease of escape. Experiment with different lengths to find what's
best for you.
